A Sunday afternoon of sisterhood, community, & self-care with Kelsey Parker, Michelle Paul, & Darlene Blanch.

Slow Sunday Spring Equinox Celebration

The Spring Equinox represents a time of renewal and rebirth as we move from winter to Spring. Similar to the gestational beauty of a seed germinating beneath the ground, or a child growing in the womb, we are meant to honour the flow of nature, without the need to rush our own process. Slow Sunday is an intentional afternoon to honour the season and the Divine timing that is unique to each of us. It is a day to honour moving forward on our own authentic paths and according to our own timing.

This day is co-created and guided by Kelsey Parker, Michelle Paul, and Darlene Blanch who have woven together an experience that is intended to: celebrate the Spring Equinox, honour slowness, invoke curiosity through self-exploration, enjoy slow movement & embodiment, regulate our physical, mental, emotional, & energetic bodies, allow ourselves to nurture & be nurtured, and receive the healing that is available to us through a sacred vibrational sound bath.

Includes:

-Sharing Circle

-Guided Workshop with Kelsey: Slowing Down & Connecting Inward

-Embodied Movement and Self-Exploration with Darlene

-Michelle will guide us to deepen our connection to ourselves and drop into the body through the portal of sound, vibration, and powerful healing frequencies with a sound bath.

-Closing circle with tea, snacks, and sharing in sisterhood.
