Stay with Yourself Foundational Series (In-person).

The goal of this 6 part introductory program is to create a dialogue and conversation between our physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies, giving you the tools you need to build a solid foundation for yourself and your healing journey.We are here, in a physical body, having a human experience.  Particles come together to form our physical vessel. We are largely composed of the space between those particles, which is essentially energy holding us together.  At Kula, we incorporate all of the bodies to work holistically with all parts of ourselves. It is through the body that we connect and communicate with the quantum field, God, Source, Universe and Spirit. Therefore, it is important to be in your body, know when you are not in your body, know when you are offline, and know how to return to your body so that you can be in listening versus thinking, thought, or reactivity (in a stress response). 

I want to help as many people as possible access their healing by connecting into their body, so that they can connect up to Source. Each class will add tools to your toolkit of self-healing, self-regulation, and inner exploration. The intention of the series is to learn how to be inside your body, listen to your body’s messages through sensations and symptoms, regulate your nervous system, process emotion, and use the technology of your body to connect “UP” into Source. This is the place where all possibility and potential exists. Just like we use the technology of a cell phone or computer to send and receive information through the air (yep, that’s what we do everyday) we can use the original technology of our body to send and receive information and healing through the Quantum Field. And of course, we will incorporate sound, breath, vibration, movement, Shamanism, and miracles.

Week 1: What does it mean to be embodied? How to be in listening and responsibility vs. reactivity. How do you know if you are in a stress response or inner listening?

Week 2: How to stay with yourself to move emotion and heal/regulate your nervous system.

Week 3: Understanding your body’s cues and messages as to what is a “yes” or “no”, practical methods to use if you struggle to hear your yes, no, or connect to your inner listening.

Week 4: Grounding yourself, how to anchor or clear your energy to better stay in listening.

Week 5: How to build a relationship and communicate with all things.

Week 6: How to clear and protect your energetic field.
