Kula Creativity Play Dates

I am exploring creativity lately, which is connection with Creation itself. I am also feeling playful, curious, ready for fun, community, and being in my aliveness, so I created these sessions to tap into all of those things while also honouring the seasons of life and the full spectrum of the human experience. I am passionate about leading from embodied wisdom and also what is alive in the present moment, so these sessions feel aligned with where I am in life right now, which is the best place to guide from….The present.

Creativity Play Dates are 3 hour experiences taking place on 4 different Sundays from 6:00-9:00pm:

Sunday, October 18, November 1, November 15, & December 6.

The first hour of these sessions (6:00-7:00) will be focused on playful creativity through collaging. We will have two large canvas’ that will be a collective art project. ( I know, fun right!) There is also the option to make your own small collage(you would have to bring your own canvas) or work on any arts and crafts project that you may want to bring from home. (knitting, felting, crocheting……) The purpose is to create art without attachment while being in community and interacting with other people. Think cutting and pasting while chatting and laughing (or crying) whatever wants to flow. We can auction off the art at the end or draw names for someone to take it home. Or we can burn it in the parking lot!

The next part of the night (7:00-8:15) will include a wisdom share, embodiment, and some form of moving energy through embodied movement, breath work, dance, ceremony, or other energetic practices.

The night will close out with a meditation and sound bath to sooth your nervous system and complete your experience.
