Breathwork:
Breathwork is a powerful, embodied practice
that encourages letting go of what no longer
serves. Shedding isn’t something we can force.
It happens when the body feels safe enough to
no longer need protection. Breathwork creates
the right conditions in order for surrender to take
place.Through conscious breathing, the body
softens its grip, tension begins to unwind, and what
has been stored (stagnant emotion, energy, or old
patterns)can finally be digested or released.
During this guided breathworkjourney, we will
explore the themes of shedding and clearing
spacefor renewal.
No prior experience needed.
Come as you are. Leave more fully yourself.
Sound Bath:
A Kula sound bath is a full body, transcendental,
healing experience. Crystal sound bowls, gongs,
drums, chimes, tuning forks and a variety of other
instruments are used to wash over and through the
body to restore balance, clear energy, regulate the
nervous system, heal on a cellular level, and promote
a state of deep relaxation. Sound and vibration
can access parts of us that nothing else can.
The instruments that are used during the sound
bath are tuned to sacred, sonic vibrations and the
planets which balances our chakras (the energy
centres of the body). During the experience, you will
lay down, get comfy, and allow yourself to be guided
in the journey. It is recommended that you wear
clothing that is comfortable and non-restrictive
that are made from natural fabrics such as cotton,
linen,or wool, as these fabrics resonate at a high
frequency and do not prevent the flow of energy.

My work is centered in somatic practices and exploring
the unconscious through the body. I have a unique
approach to Somatic Healing, Movement, &
Embodiment that was born through my own exploration
of therapeutic dance, free flowing movement, tantra,
yogic techniques, and somatic education.
I seem to be in constant inquiry with why we behave
the way we do, and how to remove the masks we
wear in order to reveal our true nature.
My intention inside my offerings is to create a
safe-enough container to begin dialoguing with
the body, listening to its needs, releasing what no
longer serves, and call in what we are ready for more of
in our lives.I truly believe that the reclamation of our
body, sovereignty, and authentic expression can
change the world.
Darlene Blanch
I am here as a channel and bridge to guide people to access the healing and information that they need to be well. I do what I do because I am passionate about self-healing and creating a container for people to navigate the waters of self-exploration, which can feel scary at times. I am here to show up with my lifetime of teachings, downloads, vulnerability, connection to Spirit, and my humanity to facilitate an experience that supports people receiving whatever it is that they need to see, know, understand, transmute, alchemize, clear, activate, or heal in the moment.
I am especially passionate about guiding people in collective healing experiences as I know that it is possible for people to receive the healing that they require as a sovereign individual within the comfort of community. When we heal ourselves and hold the vision for other people being well,
we heal the collective. I have the best job ever as I get to witness miracles and transformation on a regular basis.
